BOOKING
Please arrive in plenty of time for your appointment. Regretfully late arrival will constitute reduced treatment time, but will be charged at the full rate.
When booking a treatment, a deposit will be required.
CANCELLATION
We are obliged to inform you that we require 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel an appointment or it will be forfeited and a charge may be made upto 50% (If you have a Pre-paid treatment it will be forfeited if you fail to give us 24 hours notice when cancelling your appointment). Once a treatment has been paid for, we do not offer refunds unless there is a medical reason that you cannot have the treatment.
